Delete your connection data

A TikTok account owner can end access and request deletion without sharing their password.

Step 1: Revoke access

Open TikTok on your phone, go to Settings and privacy, open Security & permissions, then Apps and services permissions. Select Arcway Operations and revoke access. Menu names may vary by TikTok version.

Step 2: Request deletion

Email developer@bgmyangon.com from the address used for your business relationship. Include the TikTok display name and state that you want the Arcway Operations connection deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What is deleted

After ownership is verified, we delete the stored TikTok connection, encrypted authorization tokens and account-scoped working media. Minimal security and transaction records may be retained where required to prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or comply with law.

Timing

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email.
