Terms of Service

These terms govern authorized use of Arcway Operations for preparing and publishing content to TikTok accounts.

Authorized use

You may connect only an account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the content, rights, disclosures, privacy selection and accuracy of every approved post.

Publishing consent

The service presents the target account, caption and available privacy options before publishing. A publishing action requires explicit approval. Authorization of the application alone is not consent to publish every future item.

Content requirements

You must have the rights required to upload each video, image, sound and caption. Content must comply with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, intellectual-property rules and applicable law. Commercial and AI-generated content must be disclosed when required.

Account security

Do not share authorization links or approval codes with unauthorized people. Notify us promptly if access should be revoked. TikTok may independently restrict, review or remove content and accounts.

Availability

The service depends on TikTok and network availability. A submission may remain processing or fail after upload. Arcway Operations records status and avoids blind retries where an action may already have started.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke TikTok access at any time. We may suspend access that is unauthorized, abusive, insecure or inconsistent with platform rules.
