Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Arcway Operations processes information when a TikTok account owner authorizes the service to prepare and publish content.

Information we process

We process the TikTok account identifier, display name, granted scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, content supplied for publishing, approval records, publishing status and operational audit records. We do not receive or store the account owner's TikTok password.

How information is used

Information is used only to identify the selected account, show an accurate publishing preview, upload or publish owner-approved content, report publishing status, prevent duplicate actions and investigate failures.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest on a private operator-controlled server. Account data, media and tasks are isolated by account and workspace. Secrets are not included in application logs or AI model prompts. Access is limited to authorized operators.

Sharing

Information is sent to TikTok only as required to authenticate the account and perform the approved Content Posting API action. We do not sell personal information or use authorized TikTok data for advertising profiles.

Retention

OAuth state is short-lived. Publishing media and operational records are retained only as needed to deliver the service, provide an audit trail and resolve failures. Revoked or expired tokens are no longer used.

Your choices

You may revoke access from TikTok, stop using the service, or request deletion of stored TikTok connection data. See the data deletion instructions.
